The GSF-22 is called a Utility knife because it’s really useful for any kitchen task. Being in the GSF range it is fully forged, making it more robust than the GS-11 (hollow handled version) but with a flatter handle. The knife is long enough as well to fillet fish or even use as a small carving knife.
